The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

This recipe is kindly supplied by Select Stores, Dalkey, Co. Dublin

1-2 dessertspoons Udo’s Choice® Ultimate Oil

1 Banana

200g mixed berries (Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

2 tblsps Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds

1 tblsp quinoa flakes, millet or cornflakes

2 tblsps soya or dairy yoghurt

200ml rice milk or cow’s milk

1 teasp Manuka or locally grown honey.

Mix all ingredients well in a blender, drink immediately.
