the recipe in question was given by a client of ours and we decided to pop up on our website. Now that you have commented on its origin, we will take it down if it annoys you.
we have tweaked the recipe to our taste, using rapeseed oil instead of canola.

Thanks for contacting.
From what we know the picture of the island is a juxtaposition of the sorrentto terrace peninsula and Dalkey Island so they look like 1. taken from the area in Dalkey call the Ramps where there is a beach and small cove. It is a real picture, the palm trees are on the mainland part to the left. hope this answers…

a cup of frozen mixed berries
2 cups of Rice Milk
a tablespoon of lo fat no sugar yoghurt
a squirt of manuka honey
