Organic Mixed Leaf Salad with Avocado and Organic pumpkin seeds (preferably from austria)
ingredients:
organic mix leaves for 2 (denis healy €1.99/march michel €2.99)
1 avocado €1.10
1 tbsp. organic pumpkin seeds
dressing:
half tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. walnut oil
2 tbsp. olive oil
sea salt and pepper
Combine ablove ingredient together with dressing for salad. Yum!!

Dalkey is the original home town of two well-known Irish writers, novelist Maeve Binchy and late playwright Hugh Leonard. It is also the setting for Flann O’Brien’s novel ‘The Dalkey Archive’.
This years Dalkey Book Festival is in honour of Flann who is celebrating the Centenary of his birth.

Author Maeve Binchy, one of our loveliest customer and friend, will be appearing at this years Dalkey Book festival 2011 on Sunday June 19th 11.30am at Finnegans Pub, then pop down to Writers Corner to see the lovely Clodagh McKenna after at 1pm demonstrating recipes from her book ‘Homemade’.
