Organic Mixed Leaf Salad with Avocado and Organic pumpkin seeds (preferably from austria)

ingredients:
organic mix leaves for 2 (denis healy €1.99/march michel €2.99)
1 avocado €1.10
1 tbsp. organic pumpkin seeds
dressing:
half tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. walnut oil
2 tbsp. olive oil
sea salt and pepper

Combine ablove ingredient together with dressing for salad. Yum!!

Dalkey is the original home town of two well-known Irish writers, novelist Maeve Binchy and late playwright Hugh Leonard. It is also the setting for Flann O’Brien’s novel ‘The Dalkey Archive’.
This years Dalkey Book Festival is in honour of Flann who is celebrating the Centenary of his birth.
