Up to 70 percent of women in the West experience breast changes that fluctuate with their menstrual cycles. Their breasts can feel so tender, swollen and/or lumpy that the discomfort is unbearable. For thousands of fans, Blazing Salads conjures up one meaning – whole food, fabulously prepared.

It all began more than 30 years ago when the Fitzmaurice family decided to adopt a strictly whole food diet. It was not easy; ingredients were scarce and there was little popular understanding of the benefits of whole foods. But to the Fitzmaurice’s the benefits were soon evident in high energy levels and a general sense of well being.
