These delicious quinoa cakes topped with smoked salmon make the perfect night-in food.

Ingredients
• 1 1/4 cups of bottled water

• 250g Smoked Salmon, diced
• 2 Large Organic Eggs
• 1 Large Organic Egg White, lightly beaten
