Blazing Salads Food Company is an independent, family-run, wholefood deli. We offer a wide range of delicious soups, salads, cakes & savouries some of which change daily. Our Bakery provides a selection of hand moulded organic breads. All our food is made daily on the premises using only the highest quality ingredients.

All our foods are prepared daily in our kitchen.
We like to give our customers the opportunity to enjoy a salad with a variety of flavours & textures. Without the use of mayonnaise we have to be more imaginative with our dressings which include, soy sauce, umeboshi dressing, unrefined oils, brown rice vinegar, miso and lemon juice, (we sweeten using apple concentrate).
We do not use any sugar in our deli foods, we sweeten with organic maple syrup, apple concentrate & brown rice syrup. Our soy sauce does not contain sugar, caramel or m.s.g and our oils are not bleached.
